POLYETHYLENE (PE) CABLE DUCTS

PE cable ducts successfully meet technical demands of all customers.

The communication sector demands uninterrupted and reliable service for continuous transmission of data. The quality of cable duct systems, in which these vital links are encased, must be dependable and provide the assurance and ultimate in performance to preserve and protect these lines for decades.

Being the latest generation of materials for ducting, Polyethylene fibre optic conduit is considered the best protection for these cables and is fast becoming the preferred pipe of choice for telecommunication networks worldwide.

Applications

PE cable ducts are used for guiding and protecting cables used for telecommunications, data transmission, energy and electric power transmission lines.

Advantages

  • Internally Ribbed so the cable has no contact with the pipe wall
  • Leak proof joints
  • Durability
  • Superior Protection in harsh environment
  • Easy to handle and install
  • Non-Toxic
  • Traceable
  • Cost Effective & Permanent

Range

Standard lengths
(internal diameter)

20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, 63 mm, 75 mm, 90 mm, 110 mm, 125 mm, 160 mm, 180 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm.

Coils up to 50m and 100m lengths are available for sizes up to 90mm.
Pipes are available in straight lengths of 6m and 12m for sizes up to 250mm.

Smooth bore ducts are mainly available in diameters ranging from 25 mm up to 250 mm. While internally ribbed ducts are available in 25, 32, 40, 50, and 90 mm diameters. Internally ribbed ducts can be produced in larger diameters against customised orders.
